Mapvision Whistleblowing Service

We want to promote high business ethics and prevent misconduct at Mapvision.

Via this whistleblowing service you can report your concerns and suspicions of misconduct – everything that is against our values and policies. This is an early warning system to prevent misconduct. Whistleblowing service is an important tool for us to foster high ethical standards in our business and to maintain confidence.

Via the whistleblowing service you can report your concerns about everything that is against our values and code of conduct, and can have serious consequences to our organization or individuals.

You do not need strong proof for your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.

The first option for reporting a concern is talking to your manager or contacting the Human Resources department.

If you don't feel comfortable doing this when you believe there has been a serious breach of our code of conduct, you can report your concern through this channel.

The whistleblowing system is provided by an external partner to ensure anonymity and confidentiality. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected. All messages will be processed in absolute confidence.

The reports will be managed by Director, HR & Legal and Business Excellence Manager. They are responsible for the investigation of any allegations. If needed, they will ask for more information through this same confidential and anonymous channel.

You will receive an acknowledgement of your report within seven days and feedback on the outcome or progress of your case within three months.

When submitting a report, you will receive a personal code, which you can use for following up the progress of the case. If you have submitted a report and lost the personal code, you can continue the process by submitting a new report referring to your previous report.
